Wine Workshop – Oenological Masterclass
How to taste wine? How to understand it, feel it, share it?
Every Tuesday, The Wine Workshop opens its doors for a unique oenological tasting, accessible to all levels, where pedagogy rhymes with pleasure. In an elegant and soothing setting, our sommelier guides you through a sensory journey around carefully selected wines, revealing their aromas, textures and the subtleties of food and wine pairings.
Here, we take time. Time to smell, to taste, to compare. Time to awaken your senses, sharpen your palate, exchange, ask questions. Whether you’re a curious amateur or an enthusiast wishing to refine your knowledge, this workshop is an invitation to explore the world of wine in an intimate and friendly atmosphere.
An introduction to wine fundamentals
Each tasting includes:
→ Commented tasting of a selection of wines,
→ accompanied by charcuterie & cheese platters.
→ Enriching exchanges with our sommelier, who guides you in the sensory analysis of each wine and introduces you to the subtleties of food and wine pairings.

A friendly and laid-back place, designed to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day, share a few small plates, and be guided by the advice of our sommelier team.
