- Account creation: Creating an account during booking is optional. If you choose to create an account, we ensure it will be protected by a strong password that you must save.

Booking conditions
By browsing the hotel’s official website (woodhotel.re), you can book your stay online. Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1 – SEARCH
- Enter your stay dates, number of people, as well as the number of children and their ages, if applicable, via the calendar on the website homepage (woodhotel.re).
- You will be redirected to a secure page provided by our specialist hotel online booking technology provider. The URL in your browser will start with: https://www.secure-hotel-booking.com.
Step 2 – CHOOSE ACCOMMODATION
- A page displaying all rates for each category of rooms available on your chosen dates will appear. By clicking on “More details” next to the rate, you will get more information about the proposed pricing. You will be asked to select the room category and desired rate by clicking the “CHOOSE” button.
Step 3 – COMPLETE YOUR STAY
- You can also add complementary services to your reservation (spa treatments, restaurant dinner, personalized room welcome, etc.).
- You will be asked to click the “BOOK” button.
Step 4 – SUMMARY
- A summary of your order will be displayed. We invite you to check all details of your reservation and report any anomaly to the following address: reservation@woodhotel.re.
- You will automatically receive a confirmation email for your order.
- You can leave a comment for hotel staff and indicate your estimated arrival time.
- Booking conditions as well as cancellation conditions will be specified.
- You will be asked to click “CONFIRM MY RESERVATION” to proceed to the next step.
Step 5 – CONFIRM RESERVATION
- The final step consists of providing a credit card number with expiration date and security code to guarantee your reservation. Our provider D-Edge uses “THAWTE” technology. You can download their SSL certificate at any time. For more details, consult our “Data Security and Sensitive Transactions” section in the privacy policy. The payment conditions required to guarantee your online reservation are specified in the “Payment Terms” section.
- By clicking “Complete”, you validate your reservation as well as the general terms of sale and payment conditions.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION
Reservation guaranteed by credit card
- When booking your stay directly on our official website, your credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation. Payments can be made with one of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express, via our secure website. Checks are not accepted.
- Presentation of the credit card used for booking will be required upon arrival at the hotel. The establishment reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your credit card is not validated by accredited organizations. Your card number will allow you to pay for your consumption at the end of your stay without having to pay for each service individually.
These conditions apply to standard reservations, excluding special offers. For online offers, specific conditions may apply and will be specified at the time of booking.
- Processing fees: Each reservation may incur non-refundable processing fees in case of cancellation.
- Deposit and payment: From booking, a deposit of 50% to 100% of the total amount of reserved services will be charged, depending on the type of rate booked. The balance is payable on site on the day of departure.
- Gift boxes: To offer a gift voucher, 100% prepayment of the total amount of the reserved service is required by the hotel.
- Cancellation more than 21 days before arrival: No penalty is due for cancellations made more than 21 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellation between 21 and 7 days before arrival: A penalty of 50% of the amount of reserved and cancelled services will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: A penalty of 100% of the amount of reserved and cancelled services will be charged, even in case of modification of the number of nights.
- No-show or early departure: In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of reserved services will be charged.
- Reservation modification: A free modification is possible if made more than 7 days before the arrival date.
RATES
Taxes
- The rates mentioned on our website include VAT. They do not include the tourist tax, which is mandatory and payable on site upon departure. The tourist tax is entirely transferred to the municipality of Trois Bassins which sets the amount: €1.50 per adult per day, for a 4-star category hotel. This tax does not apply to minors.
Best rates guaranteed
- By booking on our official website, you benefit from the best available prices, a reservation without intermediary and without fees, immediate processing of your reservation, and direct assistance from hotel staff.
- If you find a lower rate on another online booking platform, we commit to offering you an additional 5% discount compared to the proposed rate. In this case, please contact us by email specifying the site issuing the cheaper rate, the stay dates at the following address: bienvenue@woodhotel.re.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
- Room reservation at WOOD Hotel & Spa is reserved for individuals who are of legal age and legally capable. By booking a room with WOOD Hotel & Spa, the Client expressly declares to meet these conditions.
- The Client commits to using the room assigned to them as well as hotel facilities reasonably, in compliance with current regulations, good morals and public order.
- The Client is responsible for any damage caused during their stay, as well as any object, linen or furniture belonging to the hotel that would be missing at the end of their stay.
- If WOOD Hotel & Spa observes any damage or if an object or furniture is missing due to the Client, WOOD Hotel & Spa may charge the amount corresponding to the damage within 48 hours following departure from the hotel.
- A deposit for beach towels is required upon arrival. In case of non-return or damage to towels, this deposit may be retained in full or partially.
- WOOD Hotel & Spa rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in rooms constitutes damage. WOOD Hotel & Spa reserves the right to charge an amount equivalent to 50% of the room rate in case of non-compliance with this rule.
- If the Client’s behavior is deemed contrary to good morals or public order, WOOD Hotel & Spa may require them to leave the hotel immediately, without the Client being able to claim any refund or compensation.
- The Client commits to using their room safe for all valuables and cash amounts with a value less than or equal to €2,000, or to deposit them in the hotel’s central safe. For objects and cash amounts whose value exceeds €2,000, or in case of exceeding this total value in the room safe, they must be deposited in the hotel’s central safe, accessible from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Any failure to comply with these obligations will be considered serious negligence by the client.
- Hoteliers have full liability in case of theft in their establishment, but this liability can be reduced in case of client negligence.
- The Client is informed that under legal and/or regulatory provisions, they may be required to fill out a police form upon arrival at the hotel and present a valid identification document.
CHECK-IN – CHECK-OUT
- The room is made available to you from 3:00 PM on your arrival day and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on your departure day. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night for any time overrun on the departure day.
- Early arrival – Late departure: Subject to availability, the Client may request access to their room before 2:00 PM on their arrival day or keep it after 11:00 AM and until 4:00 PM on their departure day. This service is available for an additional charge and subject to availability.
PETS
- Only assistance animals are authorized at WOOD Hotel & Spa.
CONSUMER DISPUTE MEDIATION
In accordance with Consumer Code provisions, any establishment customer has the right to use a mediation service free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a contractual dispute.
After contacting the establishment’s customer service and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may resort to the consumer mediation service.
WOOD Hotel & Spa is a member of Tourism and Travel Mediation (MTV), via its affiliation with the professional union UMIH, duly referenced on the site www.mtv.travel in the “Members” tab.
