Our Chefs and their brigade have imagined a generous and refined moment, shaped by seasonal produce, local inspiration and house creations.

A brunch designed as a gourmet stroll, where each guest composes their plate as the mood takes them, in a convivial, light-filled atmosphere, between local flavours and shared cuisine.
