A Reunion Island designer inspired by Polynesia, Poé creates jewellery featuring Tahitian pearls, keishis and natural stones, all handcrafted in her Saint-Leu studio.
Each piece blends radiance, finesse and authenticity — capturing the light and telling a story shaped by the ocean.

To end the day, let yourself be tempted by our signature cocktails — as precious as a pearl — enjoyed at the bar with an ocean view.
