Reservation & punctuality
The indicated time corresponds to the start of the treatment. In case of delay, we may have to reduce the duration of your treatment to preserve the comfort of clients with appointments after you.
Please arrive 1 hour early if you wish to enjoy the facilities before your treatment. 15 minutes is sufficient if you do not wish to use the facilities.
Access to facilities
Included: 1 hour access to facilities before any treatment of 60 min or more, by reservation when booking your appointment.
Access for hotel guests without treatment: €15 if booked at least 24 hours before your arrival at the hotel, €25 on site, by reservation.
The facilities and treatments are reserved for people over 16 years old. Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory.
Preparation & comfort
Bathrobe, towel, slippers and disposable underwear are provided. The changing rooms are equipped with secure lockers for your personal belongings.
Health & attention
A health diagnosis is performed to adapt the treatment to your needs and take into account any possible contraindications. For this, a complete form is sent to you by email when booking. It is then reviewed by the practitioner before the treatment to adjust and complete the information if necessary.
Please inform us of any particular health condition or pregnancy, to ensure the smooth running of your treatment. A specific treatment is offered to expectant mothers from the 4th month of pregnancy (16th week).
Cancellation
Cancellation or modification without charge possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of your treatment. After this deadline, 50% of the treatment amount (deposit paid) will be charged.
